Hard Problems The projects Elliott finds most rewarding are the hardest ones. Reconciling two dramatically opposing viewpoints, finding a shared voice for diverse stakeholders, or just clarifying a cluttered landscape—he revels in solving the difficult challenges that his clients bring.
Elliott tries to use design to form an emotional connection between brands and their audience. Whether that’s revealing big insights, finding small moments of joy, or infusing unexpected, but welcome levity—he tries to use design to go beyond the surface to connect to a deeper truth.
In 20 years of working Elliott has learned a lot, and applies that deep industry knowledge in his role as Creative Director. Beyond the meetings and PDFs, he actively participates with his team end-to-end throughout the entire creative process—from the big idea to sweating the small stuff.

It's Nice That
Elliott Scott is an LA-born, Australia-raised, London-tested, Creative Director. He now calls New York home, along with his Design Director / part-time mockup model / frequent collaborator / wife; Soryi Am, and their daughter and cat.
He’s been lucky to work with some amazing clients during his career. They’ve pushed, fought, and trusted, to work together to turn ideas that they were excited about into outcomes to be proud of.
Highlights include standing 1776 feet up at the top of the spire of One World Trade Center, diving deep underground during construction of Grand Central Madison, holding a 1000 year old book in an Oxford library, and seeing his work go up on a billboard for the first time in Sydney. That, and the train nerds of Reddit actually seemed pleased with a transit map he worked so hard on.
Challenges that stand out are finding the balance form and function on an Irish bank form, standing up in front of the head of UFC to share personal opinions during a visual audit, and desperately trying to please everyone when developing a logo for a shopping center that is also the site of one the worst tragedies in New York history.
