ABOUT

Elliott Scott is a Creative Director specializing in corporate branding. He applies his two decades of graphic design experience to solve hard brand problems—from understanding clients needs, to concept development, immersing himself in the design process, right through to leading teams to produce real-world results.

Beyond the meetings and PDFs, he actively participates with his team throughout the full-stack of the creative process—from concept to solution.

Elliott is LA-born, Australia-raised, London-tested, NYC-based. For the last fifteen years he’s called New York home—with his graphic designer / part-time mockup model / frequent collaborator / wife, and their daughter, and cat.

He’s been lucky to work with some amazing clients during his career. They’ve pushed, fought, and trusted, to work together to turn ideas that they were excited about into outcomes to be proud of.

Highlights include standing 1776 feet up at the top of the spire of One World Trade Center, diving deep underground during construction of Grand Central Madison, holding a 1000 year old book in an Oxford library, and seeing his work go up on a billboard for the first time in Sydney. That, and the train nerds of Reddit actually seemed pleased with a transit map he worked so hard on.

Lastly, he has always been a huge fan of em-dashes—they’re his favorite grammatical trick. So, he’s extra bummed that it’s become a marker for AI-written text.
